Get To Know Dr. Yulia

Born and raised in Eastern Europe, Dr. Yulia Chigir became enamored with dentistry during her high school years. At that time, she spent countless hours in the office of her family dentist and friend, carefully observing his work. She quickly fell in love with the field of dentistry and started passionately pursuing this calling.

In 2008, after years of hard work, Dr Chigir graduated from the most prestigious dental university in Belarus - Belarusian State Medical University. She then began working as a dentist in Europe where she established a successful dental practice until she moved to the United States. To continue pursuit of her passion for patient care, she decided to attend Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California. Upon completion of her training and accreditation in the U.S. in 2017, she began working in private practice. During her career as a clinician, she continued expanding her knowledge and skill by attending various courses and fellowships including Implantology, Endodontics and Invisalign certification. Having established a strong clinical practice, she and her husband made the decision to start their own dental office in 2021.

Drawing from her vast and rigorous international experience, Dr. Chigir is thrilled to share her love and passion for dentistry with local community providing the absolute best patient care one can get.

What to Expect at Wholesome Smiles

As you walk into our office, you’ll be greeted by the smiling faces of our friendly team and the amenities of our modern and welcoming office. We’ll answer any insurance-related questions you may have to make your appointment as seamless as possible. After a thorough cleaning, you’ll receive a comprehensive oral exam, complete with any necessary x-rays. We spend the extra time to address your concerns and discuss the state of your dental health with you before outlining a unique treatment plan tailored to your needs. Before leaving, we can also schedule any future visits and sign you up for our in-house membership plan.

Our office is equipped with the latest dental technology because we believe our patients deserve the best care possible. Modern dentistry tools and techniques ensure that your visit is efficient, and your overall experience is comfortable.
Our high quality 2D/3D X-ray device allows us to capture the best image for an accurate diagnosis, and precise treatment planning.
Our CAD/CAM CEREC  technology allows us to create dental restorations in-house for convenient same-day procedures. Our patients can feel confident about getting durable, comfortable, and naturally appearing crowns, inlays, onlays, bridges, and more when visiting our office.
With our Fotona Lightwalker we are able to offer a wide range of fast, effective, and minimally invasive laser dental procedures such as laser assisted removal of porcelain crowns and veneers, frenectomies, no drill cavity preparations, Twin Light periodontal treatment, treatment of inflammation around implants, laser disinfection of root canals and many more. Moreover, we perform NightLase therapy that reduces the effects of sleep apnea and snoring. With its revolutionary Smooth technology Fotona Lightwalker is also used for such facial aesthetic procedures as LipLase, and SmoothLase that promote new collagen formation within the tissue for natural skin tightening and lip enhancement.
